At the diabetes centre, we treat people with diabetes mellitus (or diabetes).

The department of physical medicine and rehabilitation specializes in rehabilitating people with certain medical conditions and/or pain syndromes. The goal of our treatments is to regain maximum functionality.

Sint-Trudo has an accredited dialysis centre, serving people with chronic kidney disease. The centre will continue to expand in the coming years to meet demand.

The cardiology department treats disorders of the heart and blood vessels, also known as cardiovascular diseases or cardiovascular disorders.

In the plaster room, specialized nurses treat patients with injuries to the musculoskeletal system. These injuries include bone fractures, as well as muscle and tendon problems and wound care.
We treat various limbs that need to be immobilized, corrected or supported. You may be referred to the plaster room from various disciplines, such as the orthopedic surgeon, plastic surgeon, neurosurgeon or emergency doctor.
