Information about the legal relations hospital - professionals
As a patient, you have the right to receive information from the hospital about the nature of the legal relationships between the hospital and the professionals[1] working there[2].
Sint-Trudo Hospital strives to provide the best possible care at all times. This does not prevent you from considering in some cases that your rights as a patient[3] have been violated and you wish to file a complaint.
However, the hospital is not liable for failures to respect the patient rights of independent professionals working in the hospital and professionals employed by third parties. As a result, in this case you must submit your complaint to the professional whom you consider to have committed a shortcoming.
