Patient counseling

In addition to medical care, we also pay attention to your social, psychological and spiritual needs at Sint-Trudo Hospital. An extensive team of psychosocial staff is at your service.

What can we help you with?

Before your admission

The staff at the pre-admission service will give you specific information about your admission in advance, ask you about your choice of room, explain any supplements you may need, and, together with you, take care of the administrative formalities.

The hospital tries to take your choice of room into account as much as possible. However, due to the rush of patients this is not always possible.

You can ask the pre-admission department the day before your admission in which room you will be admitted.

The pre-admission department is located on the 1st floor of Block D and can be reached from Monday to Friday between 9h and 17h at the number below.

Reception

The reception staff will work with you to complete the necessary formalities upon your admission, accompany you to your ward if necessary, and show directions to family members and visitors. They also help you with questions about consultation hours, bus and train hours, telephone calls, etc. You can reach the reception by phone at the number below.

During your hospitalization

During your treatment in the hospital, we are here for you and your loved ones. You can request assistance from the services listed below through the treatment team or make an appointment directly. Read more on the departmental pages:
