Survey

Sint-Trudo Hospital is continuously working to improve the quality of care and perception of it in all areas. As part of the new FlaQuM quality model, we conducted a short survey at our hospital over the summer to get an idea of how patients, their loved ones and their family members and staff experience care at Sint-Trudo Hospital. The survey was addressed to patients, loved ones, primary care partners and employees of Sint-Trudo Hospital. We also organized a brainstorming session with patients and loved ones on quality care in September. These initiatives gave rise to our renewed vision of quality. We will repeat this measurement with some regularity so that our vision reflects the expectations of all our partners in care.

The opinion of our patients and their loved ones is very important for continuous improvement in our hospital. If you have any suggestions for improvement, please feel free to let us know by sending an email to kwaliteit@stzh.be and/or ombudsdienst@stzh.be.
After all, patient experiences and ratings are an important signal and give us valuable feedback on the quality of care and its organization.
